Najibullah Hakimi is an immigrant and a US immigration attorney. His immigration experience is not only limited to his personal experience of coming to America on a student visa and becoming an asylee, but he has also assisted other immigrants with asylum, family-based immigration, humanitarian parole (HP), temporary protected status (TPS), diversity visa, lawful permanent resident (Green Card), Naturalization or Citizenship, and other forms of immigration relief. He has assisted immigrants from Asia, Middle East, Africa, and South America. Najib has also worked for Legal Education Support Program for Afghanistan, GIZ- Afghanistan Rule of Law Project, The Asia Foundation, and various schools of law in Afghanistan.

Najib Hakimi is a published legal scholar. He has written academic articles and proposed amendments to Afghan laws. He built a rich knowledge of law through obtaining his Bachelor of Law from Afghanistan in 2011, winning international law moot court competition in 2012, getting his Master of Law from the University of Washington in 2015, and attending his Ph.D. in Law studies at the University of Washington in 2017 and 2018.
